Set ddata Quarterly personal well-being estimates – non-seasonally adjusted

The quarterly personal well-being data for October to December 2023 and January to March 2024 were corrected because of an incorrect merge of two local authorities (LAs) across regional boundaries. This error arose during calibration of weighting partitions, where low sample sizes in the Annual Population Survey (APS) led to merging LAs to improve data reliability.
Data for April to June 2024, July to September 2024 and October to December 2024 were corrected following an adjustment to APS weights, identified during a review ahead of survey reweighting. The issue involved non-response adjustments for boost cases.
The impact on estimates from both corrections is minimal.

A minor error has been identified in Tables 3 and 7 of the January to March 2025 edition of our Quarterly personal well-being estimates – non-seasonally adjusted dataset. These tables were incorrectly labelled as Quarter 4, rather than Quarter 1.
This happened because of a manual error when updating the data in the dataset. This affects these tables only and no other data are affected. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
