Across Great Britain, a home sold for an average of £271,000 in January 2025, which was up from the January 2024 average of £259,000.

In the year to January 2025, the average price for flats in Camden stayed around the same over the year, while the average price for detached properties decreased by 4.6%.

Average private rents rose in Camden
