The provisional average house price in Ards and North Down in April 2026 to June 2026 was £227,000. This was higher than the average of £212,000 in April 2025 to June 2025 (revised), a 7.0% rise.

Across Northern Ireland, the average house price in April 2026 to June 2026 was £202,000, which was more than a year earlier (£185,000).

This meant that, in April 2026 to June 2026, Ards and North Down had the second highest average house price in Northern Ireland.

Across the UK, a home sold for an average of £272,000 in June 2026, which was up slightly from the June 2025 average of £267,000.
