Set ddata Capital stocks and fixed capital consumption time series

We have identified missing values for a small number of the time series dataset released with the Capital Stocks release today. This has now been resolved. The data in the Preliminary capital stocks and fixed capital consumption and Perpetual inventory method (PIM) inputs will remain unchanged.
