Please provide a data set detailing the demographic changes in the St Paul's neighbourhood of Bristol over the last 10 years.

Specifically, I'm looking for changes in the ethnic make-up of the area. I'd like this broken down into the constituent ethnic categories used by the census, rather than just a block count of BAME and White British.

I would also like the data according to levels of qualification and income cross-referenced to the constituent ethnic groups in St Paul's, if this is possible.

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request about changing ethnicity statistics for the St Pauls area of Bristol.

St Pauls doesn't seem to fit neatly into any of the geographies for which we provide statistics but you may find the Nomis website useful as it enables you to tailor your enquiry to the area and some of the characteristics for which you require data.

On Nomis, select 'Data Query', then 'Population estimates/projections', then 'Geography', then '2011 Output Areas using list', then select 'Bristol, City of' from the drop down list, then select 'use maps to select areas'. On the map you can then zoom in on the area and select the output areas which you consider cover St Pauls area. Then you can select age, sex and ethnicity breakdowns from the menu on the left and download your data.

The 2011 Census is the most recent data available for ethnicity at this level of detail so we are unable to provide comparisons with later dates.

There won't be a breakdown including income at the level of detail you request.
