Businesses with employment and turnover growth

Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to know:

For the tab '2018 Section' in the attached, the total number of businesses for each UK SIC 2007 section.

I am looking to find out the percentage of businesses that have seen employment 20% growth and turnover 20% growth for each sector as a proportion of the total number of businesses in each sector.

We do not currently have totals of these businesses broken down in the same way as the analysis that you have linked, but it can be produced by our data service team. Please can you contact idbrdas@ons.gov.uk with your query and they will be able to produce the figures you'll need in order to calculate the percentage rates. Data requests that take longer than an hour to produce can be chargeable. If you contact the team, they can discuss the request with you and if necessary, provide a quote for the work.
