Unfortunately, we do not have the information you have requested.
Our electoral statistics collect the numbers of people who have registered to vote including the number of overseas registrations.
However, the House of Commons library have produced a report on overseas voters and the 15 year rule which may be of interest. The information included in the report has been provided by the Electoral Commission and they may be able to provide further information for you.
