The National Statistician, John Pullinger, has today set out his thinking on the future of consumer price statistics.
The thoughts, contained in a letter to UK Statistics Authority Chair Sir Andrew Dilnot, set out how consumer price statistics should be developed in the coming years to best meet user needs.
