I would like, in Excel spreadsheet format, data on unemployment levels by each NUTS 1 UK region from 1992 to the present day.

Results for all NUTS 1 UK regions are published every month as part of the Regional Labour Market Statistical Bulletin, including the full back series to March-May 1992.

In the headline indicators spreadsheet, there is a tab for each of the NUTS 1 UK regions, along with an England, GB and UK tab.

You will need to "unhide" the rows to see the full back history of data. (Highlight the entire sheet then press Ctrl-Shift-9). The unemployment rates are in column R.
